My work today is to seek, together with my client/patient, the adjustment of the eating routine that meets their nutritional needs in an individualized way, through a pleasurable eating routine, applicable to the routine, respecting preferences, access to purchase and availability and adjusted to generate the desired objectives.
But throughout my clinical nutritional care practice, I realized that just receiving the eating plan did not necessarily generate the necessary continuous follow-up and, consequently, the expected result.
In this way, I delved deeper into the area of Nutritional Behavior and Coaching, to better understand human behavior related to food and learn Coaching techniques that would help my patient/client to be able to evolve and maintain the recommendations, in order to achieve their desired results.
My work is currently focused on nutritional care, which adds Coaching techniques to my services and monitoring, in order to provide my client with the evolution they desire through their diet and healthy lifestyle habits.
Effectiveness in following dietary recommendations and establishing goals that can be applied, food combined with healthy lifestyle habits, such as improved sleep and regular physical activity, guarantees the body an integrity that aesthetics ends up being a consequence.
Through my work that involves active listening, nutritional management with coaching techniques, together, we look for the best way for you to apply a healthy, pleasurable and applicable diet in your routine - without fads and extremisms - and that generates your desired goals.
